How does it work?
There is no standardized table on our website. We will personally take care of your meeting, conference or training session. Just pick up the phone or email us and tell us about your basic needs. We will provide you with the most thorough information in a short time and present you with a choice of venues.
Who signs the contract?
We provide you with our recommendations along with the hotel’s / venue’s pricing. You make the ultimate decision and we will solicit a contract from the hotel / venue for your approval. You sign the contract and stay in control.
Do you collaborate with certain hotel brands?
Our database contains hotels worldwide, covering the major international hotel brands as well as the smaller independent quality and exclusive hotels. We also offer unusual locations such as international racecourses, museums or castles. We don’t have any connections to hotel chains nor do we get block rooms from various hotels. Therefore, we are able to choose the perfect venues designed for your purpose.
Is it possible to book hotel rooms without meeting rooms?
If you are visiting an exhibition or fair, we can find hotel accommodation without meeting rooms for you.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants?
It doesn’t matter whether you need a boardroom for 5 participants, hotel rooms for 20 people visiting an exhibition or 1000 persons attending a congress – no meeting is too small or too large for us!
